The objective mission statement of CBBC is to:

• Provide the surfing youth of Gracetown, Cowaramup and Margaret River the opportunity to learn and be guided in the art of competitive surfing in a safe adult controlled environment.

• For the members to enjoy the camaraderie and sense of community that comes from belonging to the club.

• To gain a sense of responsibility of looking after their coastline.

• To have a lot of fun doing this.
